Terms of Service

Bookings. Online booking requests are not final until confirmed by Ion Ultra. We confirm requests within 24 hours. Quoted durations are estimates; actual installation time may vary with vehicle and equipment.

Cancellations. Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, by phone or through your confirmation.

Service area. Mobile service covers Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and surrounding areas. Locations outside this area may be accommodated by arrangement.

Workmanship. All installations include a workmanship warranty. Equipment warranties are provided by their manufacturers and passed through to you.

Liability. Ion Ultra is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions or defects in customer-supplied equipment. We treat every vehicle with professional care.
