Fleet operations How a Fleet Rollout Works
1. We schedule around your routes
Tell us your dispatch windows and we build the install schedule around them, so vehicles come off the road only when they're already between runs.
2. We install at your yard or depot
No need to send trucks off route. We bring tools and equipment to your location in Reno, Sparks, or Carson City and work through your vehicles on site.
3. Per-vehicle install time
GPS trackers and telematics gateways typically take 1-2 hours per vehicle. AI dash cams run 60-120 minutes. We test each install before moving to the next truck.
4. Ongoing service
Hardware issues, re-wiring after a repair, or adding vehicles to the fleet: we service what we install for as long as you need us.

Geotab
We install and service Geotab GO devices for fleets running the Geotab platform: OBD-port plug-ins and hardwired harness installs where the vehicle needs it. We're not a certified Geotab installer, but we handle the physical install and follow-up service. geotab.com

We mount and wire Samsara CM-series dash cams and vehicle gateways for fleets already on the Samsara platform, including camera aiming, power wiring, and connectivity checks before we hand the vehicle back. samsara.com

Are you a certified Geotab installer?
No, we're not a certified Geotab partner. We install and service Geotab hardware for fleets that are already on the Geotab platform: GO device mounting, OBD or harness wiring, and troubleshooting. For IntelliShift, we are an authorized installer.
Do you provide the GPS trackers and dash cams, or do we?
For Geotab, Samsara, and Verizon Connect, hardware is typically provisioned by your fleet under your existing platform subscription and we handle the physical install and service. For IntelliShift, we are an authorized installer and can help coordinate the full setup.
Do you come to our yard or depot?
Yes. We're a mobile service and install at your yard or depot in Reno, Sparks, or Carson City, so your trucks stay on their normal routes instead of driving to us.
How long does a fleet rollout take?
Per-vehicle time is typically 1-2 hours for GPS trackers and telematics gateways, and 60-120 minutes for AI dash cams. We schedule around your routes so vehicles are out of service for the shortest window possible.
Can you install dash cams alongside GPS trackers on the same visit?
Yes. Most fleet visits combine tracker or gateway installation with dash cam mounting and wiring in the same appointment to minimize vehicle downtime.
