Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you request a booking or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle details, and notes about your project.

How we use it. We use this information solely to schedule and perform your installation, confirm appointments, and communicate with you about your service. If you provide an email address, we send booking confirmations and a calendar invitation.

What we don't do. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4, delivered through Cloudflare Zaraz, to understand how visitors use the site. This measures page views and key actions like tapping our phone number, starting a booking, clicking an outbound link, or reading a guide. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to do this.

Advertising features. We use Google Analytics Advertising Features, including Google Signals. When this is active, Google may combine data from your visits here with data from your Google account (if you're signed in and have ads personalization turned on) to build demographics and interests reports and to measure your activity across devices. This data can be used to show you more relevant ads, including ads for Ion Ultra. We do not receive your name or contact details through this feature: it works in aggregate, through Google's systems, not through information you gave us directly.

Your opt-out options. You can limit or turn off this kind of tracking:

• Turn off ads personalization for your Google account at Google Ads Settings.
• Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics from collecting data in your browser.
• Manage interest-based ads from other companies at aboutads.info.

Booking form protection. Our booking and contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam and automated abuse. Turnstile checks your browser without asking you to solve a puzzle, and Cloudflare processes a limited set of technical signals (like browser and network details) to do this. It does not track you across other sites.

Storage. Booking information is stored securely and appointment details are synchronized with our business calendar so we can serve you. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
